Feel free to take a quick look at our Market Update for Edmonton for the last month. The numbers are in, the market continues to be encouraging as we get closer to the end of the year.
The numbers are in, the market continues to be strong with lots of activity as kids are now back in school. We're technically in a balanced market, but flirting on the edge of a seller's market.
We're excited to be in a seller's market even if it's for a short period of time and doesn't last deep into the fall. Covid eliminated some activity in March and April, but the market is making up for it over the summer.
As Covid-19 continues to have an impact globally as well as here in Edmonton, the Real Estate market was HOT in June. Lots to be excited about, news is very encouraging.
Covid-19 has had an effect on the Real Estate, but the May numbers are encouraging. This could be a great time to buy a home as things are starting to heat up in the Edmonton market.
