As a Transaction Coordinator with HQ, Deeya Sharma brings five years of administrative experience and a strong commitment to keeping every real estate transaction organized, efficient, and running smoothly from start to finish. Since joining HQ in January 2026, she has supported the team behind the scenes, coordinating the many moving parts of each transaction with care, attention to detail, and clear communication.

Deeya understands that every real estate transaction represents an important milestone, and she takes pride in helping create a seamless experience for both clients and real estate professionals. With a proactive approach and a knack for staying organized, she works to ensure the details are taken care of so the team can focus on what matters most.

Outside of work, Deeya is a creative at heart with a love for pottery, photography, scuba diving and travel. She enjoys spending time in the kitchen experimenting with new recipes, baking for friends and family, and discovering new restaurants and hidden food gems. When she’s not exploring a new creative outlet or planning her next adventure, you can often find her dreaming of her next ocean destination or spending time with her dog.
